Job Description

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will:

• Manage multiple projects in Data Science and Data Engineering.

• Engage with stakeholders and business leaders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Lead and mentor teams of Data Engineers and Data Scientists.

• Produce intelligent, scalable, and automated solutions.

• Develop and execute a Business Intelligence roadmap to balance tactical and strategic insights.

• Collaborate with Technology teams on new data capabilities and architecture.

• Implement best practice frameworks (KDD, CRISP) and deploy ML-based use cases.

• Ensure SLAs and turnaround times are met.

• Provide business-oriented data-driven solutions to client problems.

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.

💡 Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong knowledge of Data Analytics, BI, Data Science & Data Engineering tools.

• Experience applying SDLC methodologies to solution development.

• Ability to design and manage end-to-end data solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
