The Manager, Relationship, Growth is responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of high-value Growth Segment relationships. This is achieved by proactively partnering for growth, providing high-end differentiated service, and delivering value-adding solutions tailored to client needs.
The Role

Manage and grow a portfolio of Growth Segment business clients.

Deliver differentiated, value-adding solutions to meet client financial needs.

Build strong partnerships with clients to support business growth and retention.

Understand client business operations, risks, and financial requirements.

Prepare and service credit applications and business banking proposals.

Collaborate internally to ensure seamless client service and compliance.
Requirements
Qualifications:

First Degree in Business Commerce or related field.
Experience:
-
3–4 years’ experience in Relationship Banking (Client Coverage) or Business & Commercial Banking.

Preferably experience as a Business Banker managing entrepreneur portfolios.

Understanding of business and industry risks, financial needs of entrepreneurs.

Experience preparing credit applications and servicing business customers.
