The Role

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals by understanding their financial needs and ensuring proper client segmentation.

Drive client retention through proactive engagement and personalized service.

Manage client portfolios, advise on lending products, and promote digital banking adoption.

Resolve complaints efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management policies.

Analyze client financial behaviors to identify revenue opportunities and drive profitability.

Collaborate with internal specialists and credit teams for comprehensive client service and seamless delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications:

FAIS-aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher).
Experience:

3+ years in Personal and Private Banking, specializing in Affluent Clients.

Proven sales performance in branch banking, including universal banking, BDC/Forex operations, credit management, and client servicing.

Strong understanding of financial markets and wealth management strategies.
