Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update databases related to manpower, recruitment, medical aid, and policies

Produce reports on recruitment and production

Manage access to MS Teams, SharePoint, and Excel tools

Support Microsoft 365 Apps (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power Apps, Power BI)

Assist in Business Automation Workflow (BAW) queries

Provide general IT support across business functions
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related business qualification

Certificate in Microsoft Office Applications is advantageous

Must be unemployed and preferably have no prior full-time work experience
