SanlamConnect is seeking a Graduate Intern: Support Desk Consultant (Technical) to provide telephonic and remote technical support to intermediaries, advisors, brokers, and admin staff. The successful candidate will assist with Sanlam advice tools, Microsoft Office applications, email support, and basic connectivity troubleshooting. This is a hands-on IT support internship offering exposure to enterprise systems in a professional client-service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide telephonic and remote support to Sanlam advisors and staff

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Sanlam Advice Tools and supported systems

Offer support for Microsoft Office, Internet applications, email, and network connectivity

Conduct software and system administration tasks accurately

Maintain a strong customer support attitude and efficient issue handling
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

A+ / N+ / IT qualification or ITIL certification

Post-school qualification (e.g., Degree, Diploma) in Information Technology or related field

Must be between 18 – 35 years old

Knowledge and Skills:
