1️⃣ Supply Chain Management Administrator
The Role
The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the SCM Unit. The role involves ensuring compliance with SCM policies, maintaining accurate procurement records, and supporting the end-to-end procurement process.
Responsibilities:

Assist with the sourcing of quotations and processing of purchase orders
-
Maintain supplier database and documentation
-
Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable legislation and internal policies
-
Monitor delivery timelines and maintain accurate records of all transactions
-
Support tender and bid administration processes
-
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
Requirements:
-
✅ National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Public Administration, or related field
-
✅ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement or supply chain administrative role
-
✅ Knowledge of PFMA, PPPFA, and National Treasury Regulations
-
✅ Strong computer literacy, especially MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Pastel, SAP)
-
✅ Excellent organisational and communication skills
-
✅ Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
2️⃣ Personal Assistant to the Executive Manager: Learning Programmes
The Role
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide professional and confidential executive support to the Executive Manager: Learning Programmes. This includes diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative assistance to ensure optimal departmental efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Manage the Executive Manager’s calendar, appointments, and correspondence

Coordinate internal and external meetings and compile minutes
-
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
-
Handle travel and accommodation arrangements
-
Assist in tracking departmental projects and deadlines
-
Maintain filing systems and confidentiality of all records
Requirements:
-
✅ National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Office Administration, Public Management, or equivalent
-
✅ Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
-
✅ High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
-
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
✅ Strong administrative, coordination, and time management abilities
-
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
