The Role
Vivo Energy is seeking a highly driven Finance Process Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that optimize financial processes and operations. This role focuses on driving efficiency, reducing operational costs, and increasing productivity by redesigning workflows, leveraging automation, and enhancing controls. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic improvements aligned with the company’s financial goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a company-wide continuous improvement plan for finance and control processes in line with strategic objectives.

Partner with key process owners to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and waste reduction.

Lead the harmonization and standardization of finance-related processes across the business.

Support the adoption of innovative technologies that drive impactful financial improvements.

Collaborate with the Finance Process Improvement (FPI) team to resolve critical control failures identified through internal controls, audits, or compliance reviews.

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to address process breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain and continuously improve financial process documentation, training materials, and operational guidelines.

Ensure successful implementation and embedding of new processes across all business units.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (BCom), ACCA, or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 7+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in industry.

Demonstrated passion for finance transformation and process excellence.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience in process implementation and optimization.

Solid background in project and change management.
