The Youth Employment Service (YES) is a public-private initiative led by the Presidency to address youth unemployment in South Africa. Eskom is creating work opportunities for unemployed youth across KwaZulu-Natal, including Empangeni, Estcourt, Inchanga, Inkandla, Jozini, Ladysmith, and Mkondeni. Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a South African Citizen

• Aged between 18 to 34

• Grade 12 or equivalent and/or post-matric certificate or programme

Selection Criteria:

• Must not have worked permanently for a single employer for more than 1 year

• Must not be studying full-time in the year of employment

• Must not have registered or participated in the YES initiative before

• Candidates will go through a recruitment process, and successful applicants will be placed in Eskom Operations across the divisions
